This download is for an internet activity/"scavenger hunt," for which the students will utilize a 3D diagram of the brain and identify various parts. They will be directed to use the webpage available here: https://www.koshland-science-museum.org/explore-the-science/interactives/brain-anatomy
The worksheet has a total of 20 questions (15 questions and 5 "challenge questions" for which they will need to explore the internet to find the answers). Students will answer questions about the exterior parts of the brain and internal parts of the brain, and identify what neurological functions each part is responsible for. Parts that they will learn about include the frontal lobe, occipital lobe, cerebellum, temporal lobe, medulla oblongata, hypothalamus, pons, midbrain, and more. This typically takes one class period in my experience, and it can be useful in psychology or an anatomy class.
The download includes the 2 page worksheet in doc form, as well as pdf format. An answer key is also provided in pdf format.
